Conditions of participation and payment

After your binding registration, you will first receive an interim notification.
You will receive your complete confirmation documents incl. course invoice and dial-in data approx. 2 weeks before the online seminar, by e-mail.
With the registration the following conditions are accepted.

Payment:
The course fee is due at the latest 2 weeks before the start of the online seminar and will be automatically collected from your account by our accounting department by direct debit
mandate, provided you have given us your direct debit authorisation.
Should you have chosen the payment option "Prepayment", the fee is due immediately after you have received our course invoice.
Please transfer the corresponding course fee to one of the indicated accounts, which you can find on the course invoice.
The fee is due immediately in case of registration at shorter notice.

Cancellation:
Course cancellations can only be made in writing.
1. If the cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the start of the online seminar, the invoice will be credited and the amount will be refunded if already paid.
2. In case of cancellation within 14 days before the start of the online seminar, the course fee, if not yet paid, will be due immediately. There will be no refund or set-off of the fee.
3. If an online seminar is cancelled by us, for whatever reason, the course fee paid will be refunded. No liability will be assumed for any further costs of any kind whatsoever. Any
demand concerning content, implementation and other conditions are also concerned by this.

Video and sound recordings:
During the event, any video and audio recordings are not permitted. The course content is subject to copyright. Recordings are only permitted by prior arrangement with the speakers and the organiser.
